1728 W Division

The 1728 W. Division property is located in Wicker Park.  It is an adaptive re-use of a 4-story, historic apartment building, circa 1905, with a new construction addition into a 13-unit boutique building. Elegant, historically significant limestone façade of the original building paired with stunning contemporary façade of vertically placed sunshade air-foils on the new addition.
